ASA debuts improved Pro and Tech Flight Bags

By General Aviation News Staff · November 18, 2013 ·

Two of the bags in ASA’s AirClassics Series of pilot bags have been improved to meet the needs of the modern-day aviator, according to company officials.

The Pro Flight Bag (pictured above) is made from water-repellent, padded 600D polyester for durability and gear protection. The new design takes some of its traditional features, such as dual headset pockets and a large center section with movable dividers, and combines them with modern upgrades, such as a padded pocket for tablet devices, increased size of accessory pockets, reinforced support straps and higher quality zippers and fasteners, company officials explain.

BAG-TECH-1Made from the same quality materials as the Pro Flight Bag, ASA’s newly designed Tech Flight Bag is more suited for the professional aviator who spends as much time in the cockpit as he does behind a desk. Scaled to a more manageable size, this bag features a padded laptop pocket as well as a padded tablet compartment. Zippered exterior pockets on the front and at each end provide space to store business cards, power supplies, keys and other necessities, while detachable cube pockets on the inside of the bag provide an easy way to keep smaller items contained.

The Pro Flight Bag is $129.95, while the Tech Flight Bag is $99.95.
