Travers & Associates acquires Aviation Insurance Services

ST. LOUIS — Travers & Associates has acquired Aviation Insurance Services in Tucson, Ariz.  This is the 11th aviation insurance agency acquisition by Travers. The Arizona office will remain open. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

St. Louis-based Travers and Associates was founded by World War II Naval aviator Captain Bob Travers. Now including three generations of the Travers family, Travers Aviation insures more than 6,000 aviation accounts in 50 states. Specializing in private aircraft insurance, corporate aircraft insurance, commercial aviation insurance and life insurance for pilots, the Travers team can customize a plan to meet any pilot’s or company’s needs.
