SEATTLE — The Museum of Flight will honor the 72nd anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7.
Museum Curator Dan Hagedorn and American Fighter Aces Association Administrative Director JD Wyneken will provide an overview of the Dec. 7, 1941, attack and highlight the aviation-specific issues of that day. From 3:30 to 5 p.m., the museum will stream memorial events live from the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor in Oahu, Hawaii.
The museum invites visitors who were alive on Dec. 7, 1941, to share their memories of that day. Students from Raisbeck Aviation High School will also be in attendance. This program is a joint venture between The Museum of Flight and the Pacific Aviation Museum at Pearl Harbor.
