PilotMall launches Holiday Gift Center

By General Aviation News Staff · December 11, 2013 ·

PilotMall has launched its 2013 Holiday Gift Center at PilotMall.com with hundreds of new ideas for gift-giving this year. The Pilot Mall Holiday Gift Center offers 216 new products for the holidays, including 100 new aviation art works.

Art works include the Martin-Young Collection, which takes a modernist, impressionistic approach combining multi-layer abstract painting with collage and graphics. The artists depict many subjects including “Turbine Tracings” and “Mustang Dreams.”

The Jose Ocana Collection offers the painter’s perspective of aircraft and operations. And The Shades of Aviation Collection — photographer Steven Greenwald’s first-ever aviation offering — serves up in dramatic black-and-white the fierceness of a Stearman’s round engine, the graceful contours of a King Air nacelle, and more, company officials say.

Fun for the holidays are aviation-themed hospitality gifts, from airplane wine caddys to Albrecht Aviation Nutcrackers, the beautiful yet functional handmade pilot figures from Germany.

Finally — stretching the limits of good taste this holiday season — there’s something new for the flight school Men’s Room: the “Bathroom Bomber” sticker set. Decorate your tank(s) with a (removable) B-29 or mushroom cloud sticker for some laughs in the New Year.

Free shipping to any U.S. address ends Dec. 17. Next Day Air is available until 12 p.m. (EST) Dec. 23.
