Rich joins Stantec

By General Aviation News Staff · January 31, 2014 ·

Aviation engineer David Rich has joined the aviation team of design firm Stantec.

A civil engineer by training now based in Stantec’s Boston office, Rich has spent the last 13-plus years focused on airport and airfield projects at a variety of commercial service and general aviation airports throughout the New England region.

Rich_Dave_mRich’s experience includes design, resident engineering and construction administration for runway and taxiway construction, aircraft parking ramp construction, airfield utility construction, and other miscellaneous airfield infrastructure projects.

Rich’s experience in aviation design and construction oversight will support Stantec’s aviation practice, which has designed hundreds of airport projects across the globe, including the new runway status lighting system at Logan International Airport in Boston, the complete renovation and expansion of Lynden Pindling International Airport in the Bahamas, and an expansion plan for Santiago International Airport in Chile.
