Book: Do you enjoy trivia?

By Ben Sclair · February 27, 2014 ·

Are you a trivia fiend? If so, “The Smithsonian Book of Air & Space Trivia” might be just the ticket. The book teaches the history of aviation and space by asking and answering loads of questions. For example:

The Smithsonian Book of Air & Space Trivia
Trivia anyone?

“What flyer survived at least 16 crashes in his quest to fly coast-to-coast in less than 30 days?”, or “What stunt plant was most often used for ‘wing walking’ in the 1920s?”, or “What commercial airplane was the first to have a retractable landing gear?”
This book is perfect for those new to aviation and aerospace, or those more seasoned among us. Sadly, it won’t be available until April 8, 2014 (just in time for Father’s Day or springtime graduations) but will cost just $12.95. More information at www.smithsonianbooks.com.
