Duncan Aviation adds Mobile Interior Services

By General Aviation News Staff · March 12, 2014 ·

LINCOLN, NEB. — In response to customer requests, Duncan Aviation has compiled a team of interior service specialists to provide scheduled, unscheduled and road trip interior service to customers requiring aircraft interior needs outside of a Duncan Aviation facility.

“Some customers need interior service that doesn’t disrupt their aircraft’s daily schedule,” says Nate Darlington, Completions Sales Representative located at Duncan Aviation’s Battle Creek, Michigan, location. “In order to maximize their aircraft’s availability, we are able to perform various interior service work at their location or another location they know where the aircraft will be stationed.”

Duncan Aviation’s Mobile Interior Services include the following:

  • Cleaning services, removal of stains, etc.
  • Interior removal and reinstallation
  • Functional improvements like latch adjustments, damage repairs, etc.
  • Finish and seat touch-ups
  • Carpet replacement
  • Cabinet refurbishment
  • Seat re-upholstery or re-dye

“Providing mobile interior services is just an extension of what we are able to do for operators through our Rapid Response engine, airframe and parts services,” Darlington says. “By applying these same service concepts to interior products and services, we can provide customers with busy flight schedules a way to freshen and maintain their interiors and increase enjoyment, longevity and maintainability of their interior goods.”
