The Total Track System for aviation launches

By General Aviation News Staff · July 12, 2014 ·

REDMOND, Washington — Dynamic Systems, which specializes in barcode software solutions and data collection applications, has unveiled a turn key system to track tools and inventory for the aviation/MRO/ BO industry based on the latest bar code technology.

In business since 1981, DSI provides bar code systems that track tools, maintenance, equipment, work orders, inventory, capital assets, and job costing. Bar code data collection has been proven to be the most accurate and efficient method of tracking or counting items, according to company officials.

Total Track  Systems are targeted to the aviation industry to reduce the loss of tools and increase the accurate tracking of inventory.

The maintenance manager tracks service performed in accordance with aviation regulations.

Job Tracking calculates parts and labor used on particular projects.

Inventory Manager tracks materials used down to the lot number and prints purchase orders.

The system increases the efficiency and streamlines the process of cradle-to-grave parts management. The program is integrated, user friendly and flexible, company officials note.
