Video: Fosdick Flyers meets every Saturday

By Ben Sclair · October 15, 2014 ·

Since 1991, the Fosdick Flyers – a group of social aviators – have met on Saturdays for a breakfast fly-out. The group flies from Tacoma Narrows (KTIW) in Gig Harbor to area airport restaurants. Pierce County TV won a second-place award for their video (see below) report on the group.

Do you accept outsiders at your Saturday flyin breakfasts. One of your members Lynn Whimpey was a classmate of mine in dental school.

I fly with the Boeing Employees Flying Assn. I never worked for Boeing but I certainly saw a lot of Boeing folk in my dental office. The accept a few of us unanointed.
