AirFleet Capital celebrates 20th anniversary

AirFleet Capital celebrated its 20th anniversary on the first day of November. Earlier this year, AirFleet Capital marked the closing of its 5,000th loan to general aviation aircraft owners.

Steve Smestad in his Piper MirageMost members of the AirFleet Capital team are either pilots or have completed the FAA ground school, and all members of the team are immersed 100% of the time in the GA marketplace, according to company officials.

Leading the company, which operates from offices in Chandler, Ariz., Atlanta, and Winchester, Va., is founder and CEO, Steve Smestad.

“We’ve built a team at AirFleet Capital that is responsible for building life-long relationships with our customers across all GA markets,” he said. “Aircraft owners trust us to help make their dreams and business goals reality, and every member of our team takes that responsibility personally. Ultimately, it is the team’s devotion and excellence that has enabled AirFleet Capital’s success.”
