Mid-Continent releases software update

Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics has released software update version 1.0.4 for the MD302 Standby Attitude Module (SAM).

SAM_V104_HeadingThe software update provides new features, including heading displayed via ARINC 429, field calibration of altitude and airspeed, live preview configuration mode, storage mode for the battery (if applicable), and variable VNE, according to company officials.

SAM owners can download the new software at www.flySAM.com.
