HOUSTON, Texas — AV8 MRO recently acquired a multimillion-dollar inventory of Hawker landing gear and parts, increasing their parts inventory and bringing the number of complete ship sets of landing gear for all series to 13.

“We are currently the only independent shop that can service Hawker landing gear, so adding such an extensive inventory will allow us to meet the increasing volume demands, turn times, FAA approved repair schemes, purchase options and economy that the Hawker operator community is demanding,” says Yoel Arnoni, Principal, AV8 MRO.

Landing gearAV8 MRO overhauls customers’ landing gear, will do an overhaul exchange, and also repairs or replaces specific parts on the landing gear.

AV8 MRO also has received FAA Repair Specification Approval to make replacement parts. Since receiving that approval, it has gained approval for nearly 400 parts for Hawker landing gear, company officials said.
