By General Aviation News Staff · March 18, 2015 ·

Redbird Flight Simulations of Austin, Texas, has hired Michael Clifford as Chief Operating Officer and Brittney Miculka as director of ImagineFlight, a new trade organization devoted to the development and promotion of quality flight training experiences at Redbird-affiliated flight schools.

unnamed“Mike’s deep management experience in computer technology, logistics, and consumer products from his time as a technology executive with both PepsiCo and Dell Computers and CIO at Whole Foods is a great addition to Redbird’s executive team as the company continues to focus on expanding its global customer base and prepares for the launch of a long list of new products,” said Redbird CEO Todd Willinger.

brittney miculkaMiculka, a CFI, was mostly recently with the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association as director, pilot community development. Prior to that role, she worked with AOPA Government Affairs as the manager of security policy working issues with the Department of Homeland Security and the FAA.

Redbird Flight Simulations, established in 2006 with the specific purpose of making simulation more accessible to the general aviation industry, has delivered more than 700 devices worldwide.
