New paint facility for West Star Aviation at GJT

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — West Star Aviation has completed its new paint facility at it Grand Junction Airport (GJT) location.

GJT Paint HangarThe new facility is 41,000 square feet and features two bays: One for strip, sand and priming, the other is a downdraft bay. Each bay is 120 feet wide and will be able to accommodate aircraft as large as a Global 7000 or a Gulfstream 650.

The first aircraft is scheduled for the new facility June 15.
