Our friends at FunPlacesToFly.com recently posted this video, shot at this year’s AirVenture in Oshkosh, of “That’s All Brother,” the C-47 that led 500 other aircraft on D-Day in 1944.
In the video, you can see the interior, including the cockpit, of this famous transport aircraft. Also shown in the video, is James “Pee Wee” Martin, one of a handful of men still alive that jumped with the 101st Airborne Division on D-Day. Pee Wee served under the original Colonel Sink in World War II. Dale Dye, who played Col. Sink in the HBO series “Band of Brothers,” is also shown in the video, speaking with “Pee Wee” Martin.
