New book, ‘High Tech Flying,’ released

By General Aviation News Staff · September 21, 2015 ·

A new book, “High Tech Flying,” by Robert Littlefield examines how glass cockpits, NextGen, iPads and drones are revolutionizing aviation.

HighTechFlyingThe book examines how these advances are impacting aviation and gives pilots the tools and knowledge they need to fly safely in this new environment.

The book explains these technologies in plain English and from the pilot’s perspective, and explains how they work together to create a new way of flying in the Information Age, according to the publisher.

High Tech Flying is available online at Amazon as a paperback or as a Kindle e-book and in many pilot shops around the country.
