PEARLAND, Texas — Pearland Regional Airport (KLVJ) will begin construction on a new t-hangar facility this December.
Texas Aviation Partners (TAP), the airport management team at KLVJ, has partnered with Western LLC, a real estate development and design-build firm, on the project.
The project will include 23 units that are available to lease or purchase.
Western LLC and TAP began marketing and accepting reservations for the development earlier this year. At this time, only a few units remain unreserved, company officials note.
