Want an arrival route for your home airport?

By General Aviation News Staff · November 9, 2015 ·

There are many benefits to standardized arrival and departure routes. Noise abatement and terrain avoidance are two of the most prominent.

If Don Drummond has his way, a good many pre-planned routes will soon be popping up at smaller airports around the country. Drummond’s PilotPath is designed to aid the creation – and sharing – of arrival and departure routes.

PilotPath is now available for beta testing. Drummond would like to “get a few pilots — eight to 10 — to test it at their airfield,” and let him know their thoughts.

Interested? Check out the PilotPath Beta program.
