WASHINGTON, D.C. — The General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) will hold a jobs rally celebrating the contributions of general aviation manufacturing to the Delaware economy on Friday, Nov. 20, at 1:30 p.m.
The rally will be held at the Dassault Falcon Jet facility at the New Castle Airport (ILG).
Speakers include Governor Jack Markell, U.S. Senators Tom Carper and Chris Coons, and U.S. Representative John Carney, as well as leaders from Dassault Falcon Jet, FlightSafety International, PATS Aircraft, and Summit Aviation.
A PricewaterhouseCoopers study released earlier this year showed that general aviation supports 2,600 jobs and $588 million in economic output annually in Delaware.
