Paragon Network awards FBOs

By General Aviation News Staff · November 26, 2015 ·

HOUSTON —  The 2015 Paragon Network Member of The Year is Tampa International Jet Center, based in Tampa, Florida.

The Member of The Year award was created to recognize a Paragon Network FBO that has demonstrated outstanding commitment to the network through continuous dedication, enthusiasm, and professionalism, according to company officials.

Throughout the year, Tampa International Jet Center has exhibited these qualities by participating in calls and meetings, actively sharing best practices, and serving as a role model and mentor to other Paragon members, Paragon officials explained.

The recipient of the 2015 Manager of The Year award is Bobby Courtney, general manager at Fontainebleau Aviation, based in Opa-Locka, Florida.

“Bobby is a very talented individual who cares greatly about his staff and is committed to growing his business,” said Mike Delk, president and CEO of Paragon Aviation Group. “Bobby has a seat on our FBO Advisory Board and plays a key role in the direction of the Paragon Network. Fontainebleau Aviation owes much of its success to Bobby and candidly, we are delighted to call him one of our own.”

The recipient of the 2015 Award of Excellence is Julie Silberman, customer service manager at Tampa International Jet Center.

“Julie has been a great asset to our network,” stated Megan Barnes, Executive Vice President of Paragon Aviation Group. “She is passionate about what she does, and is always cheerleading for the growth and success of her fellow Paragon members.”
