Video: Zero-G celebrates 10th anniversary

By General Aviation News Staff · November 26, 2015 ·

For 10 years, Zero Gravity Corporation (ZERO-G) has been operating commercial weightless flights in a specially modified Boeing-727 aircraft, known as G-FORCE ONE. In recognition of the anniversary, everyone who buys seats on the ZERO-G Experience scheduled to fly in 2015 will receive a 20% discount off of the $4,950 retail price.

“We’ve flown over 500 weightless flights with more than 12,000 clients, including notables like Stephen Hawking, James Cameron, Kate Upton, Halle Berry, Martha Stewart, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, and Rob Dyrdek. It’s been amazing,” said Terese Brewster, president and COO of ZERO-G. “In celebration of our 10 year anniversary, we want to say ‘thank you’ by discounting all remaining 2015 seats.”

During the ZERO-G Experience, specially trained pilots perform a series of parabolic arcs to create a weightless environment allowing passengers to float, flip, and soar through the plane as if they are in space. These flights are not simulated – ZERO-G is the first and only FAA approved provider of commercial weightless flights.

ZERO-G also has hosted global brands, including Nokia, Stoli Vodka, Unilver’s AXE and MasterCard, who wanted a different backdrop for their advertising campaigns.
