Raisbeck Engineering names new sales and marketing team

SEATTLE — As a part of an internal restructuring to better meet the needs of the changing dealer and OEM markets, James Raisbeck, founder and CEO of Raisbeck Engineering, recently made some staff changes.

Tony Armstrong, currently the company’s Chief Financial Officer, will assume executive direction and provide guidance as VP Marketing and Sales for sales and support initiatives. He also will continue as CFO.

Bill Cadow has been appointed vice president, sales, reporting to Armstrong. He has more than 35 years of aviation sales and service experience, most recently with Beechcraft/Textron Aviation and Blackhawk Modifications. He will oversee dealer as well as OEM sales.

Scott Keefe continues in his role as director of sales, reporting to Cadow. He has been with Raisbeck for 11 years and will focus on supporting domestic and international dealer sales and training.

Rob Richardson, currently manager of dealer development, has been named director of dealer support, also reporting to Cadow. He brings more than 35 years of experience in the general aviation business world, along with his previous service at REI. He is an A&P with an IA endorsement, and was the director of maintenance at Galvin Flying Service. He will focus on all aspects of sales support along with dealer onsite technical and sales training.
