Aerosim Flight Academy launches new scholarship program for women

SANFORD, Fla. – Aerosim Flight Academy recently unveiled its new Women Aviators Scholarship program.

“Through the Aerosim Flight Academy Women Aviators Scholarship program, qualified recipients can receive up to $10,000 to apply toward their tuition for our Professional Pilot Program,” said President and General Manager Hank Coates. “Our female instructors and students continue to make impressive contributions to the aviation field including participation in the Air Race Classic, a race dedicated to preserving and promoting the tradition of pioneering women in aviation. This scholarship program is just one more step in our on-going effort to support and bring specific awareness to women in aviation, while we also address the industry’s immediate need for skilled, professional pilots.”

Aerosim Flight Academy Women Aviators Scholarship program, qualified recipients can receive up to $10,000 to apply toward their tuition.

Additionally, Aerosim Flight Academy recently launched the High School Senior Merit Scholarship program to support the development of future generations of professional pilots. The program, which is currently accepting applications through April 11, 2016, recognizes students who wish to pursue advanced training in the aviation industry and includes two $35,000 tuition awards for new professional pilot cadets.
