Planes of Fame is currently closed due to COVID-19 and had to cancel its annual airshow. So since you can’t come to Planes of Fame, they are bringing some of their airplanes to you, via YouTube. In a recently posted video, pilot and mechanic Pete Blood does a walk around of the museum’s Stearman PT-17, and talks about its history, World War II pilot training, and what it’s like to fly the vintage aircraft.
