Video: Does what you eat affect your flying?

Does what you eat — or don’t eat — affect your flying? Yes, according to Jeff Currin from LifeFlight Network and a member of the Helicopter Association International Safety Working Group.

In the video, he reveals some information about research on the correlation between pilot nutrition and flight performance.

    OMG so many Americans eat garbage, then wonder why they look like hell and feel so crummy all the time. One can turn this around, but it takes focus and effort. Most Americans don’t have the self-discipline to get it done.
