Tyler Henley submitted this photo and note: “I was lucky to be able to fly my grandmother and great-grandmother to Tangier Island (KTGI) a while back. It was the last place my great-grandmother had not been in the state of Virginia. It was also the first trip in a GA aircraft for them and I was one happy great/grandson to have both of them go with me. The plane is a Piper Cherokee. Pictured is Marry-rose (left) and myself. My grandmother Jackie is taking the photo. The rope tied to the hand grab is connected to a step-stool to make it easier for them to get in and out of the airplane and I can bring it up without having to step down and step back up. This photo was taken just before we departed Dinwiddie County Airport (KPTB) in Virginia.”
