This is a thread that will go on forever.

For the record, I have no desire for a Cirrus—–Not sorry.

While I do not agree with all of the aircraft on the list, they did mention that they were entirely their opinion. All of these aircraft do have some really cool features that make them stand out from the competition. Overall, great job on the video and I definitely see potential for another big YouTube channel in the near future!

I have no issue with the first two or the Malibu. The title was “cool aircraft”. The Clorox Bottle aircraft might be all they say they are, but yeGAWD, shouldn’t you fly something that LOOKS GOOD? I don’t know this You Tube channel but it sounds like maybe a high school project.

“Excuse me sir, may I take a picture of my Grandson in front of your Diamond”, said no one EVER!

I have flown all except the Diamond. Not a bad list but I would quarrel with the Comanche 400, which is nose heavy, runs hot, expensive to operate and offers little real-world advantage over the Comanche 260, which is a sweet ride and would be my preference. I would also nominate the Lake Amphibian, which is slow in comparison to all those mentioned, but opens up entirely new worlds to the adventurous pilot.

All garbage…even included the TTx which failed in the marketplace and isn’t made anymore. Leaving off Cirrus is obvious in this video…the plane that EVERYONE wants and few can afford…Heck, leaving off Mooney is a glaring hole too despite the fact Mooney is bankrupt again.

gbigs…..maybe Cirrus and Mooney were left off because they are not American aircraft (anymore). Then I realized that Diamond is not either, so that theory went out the window. And…..I can assure you that not EVERYONE wants a Cirrus.

Larry, I wouldn’t knock off a Mooney because it is foreign owned.Mooney has been acquired by local interests again so perhaps that is criteria for reconsideration? Piper Aircraft is owned by the Sultan of Brunei so it would be treated the same if that was a criteria.
As for Cirrus — I was puzzled when I saw Cirrus accepting / soliciting $100,000 deposits for their Cirrus Jet when (it turned out) the company was on the edge of bankruptcy and was clearly not financially in a position to develop the aircraft. It was inappropriate, in my view, that the management would be doing this and having the company taken over by any interest, domestic of foreign, gave legitimacy to their jet development program.

    Nope, none .!
Who are these folks ? Their website doesn’t identify who the individuals are, so why would I consider anything they say ?
