John Carroll submitted this photo and note: “This shot was taken by a friend, after the plane was maneuvered to demonstrate best angle of climb. We were also capturing one of the best smiles of mine. At the time of the picture, the carburetor was experiencing an identity crisis. Float carbs don’t always realize their full potential.”
