The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association has released its 2021 Bahamas and Caribbean Pilot Guides, which include coronavirus-related travel procedures, as well as information about airports and things to do at your destination.
Both guides include a list of COVID-19 resources, such as information about quick-turnaround PCR testing sites.
The Bahamas guide includes information for 57 airports, and the Caribbean guide covers 106 airports.

The books include “maps with airport data and the layout of each island, Customs & Immigration information, and much more,” according to AOPA officials. “Plus, you get info on the local culture, customs, the best way to get around while you’re there, what the food is like, and tips and suggestions from other pilots for where to stay and fun things to do.”
The Caribbean guide provides information about each island, including currencies, country calling code and phone number format, average cost range for accommodations, and the island’s tourism website.
The guides cost $39.95 each and can be bundled with aeronautical charts. They are available in print or digital format.
The digital version for iOS, Android, and internet browsers is updated regularly for those who want to stay abreast of changing coronavirus-related travel procedures, AOPA officials added.
