This “funny” placard is emblematic of GA today. It is hostile and demeaning.
What it should say is:
Co-pilot checklist:
1. Enjoy the view.
2. Enjoy the ride.
3. Refer to #1 or #2 as applicable.
Co-Pilot is a crew member.
Placard is the perfect example of what not to do.
Awful statement that degrades safety, and is the last thing I want from a copilot or any other aviation professional.
Co Pilot, if it does not look right to you, it is your duty to speak up is what I want.
