RANGER, Texas — The Ranger Airfield Foundation are raffling off N9455U — a 1976 Cessna 150M — to support Ranger Airfield, a public airfield that is more than 100 years old and directed and maintained entirely by volunteers and donations.
Proceeds from the raffle will be used to authentically restore Ranger’s 1928 hangar. The restored hangar/museum will house Ranger’s small collection of antiques, including an under restoration 1918 Jenny, Model Ts, and th foundation’s High School Pilot program.

Foundation officials will draw the winner upon selling out the raffle tickets or at Ranger’s 2021 Old School Fly-In & Airshow, to be held in May, whichever comes first. As of Jan. 27, 2021, 65% of the available tickets have been sold.
Tickets cost $50 each or three for $125 and are available at the airport’s website.
