Scenes from the Ryan Field Fly-In

By General Aviation News Staff · June 29, 2021 ·

The annual Ryan Field Fly-In, held June 26-27, 2021, was deemed a great success, with registration for the Recreational Aviation Foundation event full days before the fly-in took off.

According to Glenn Brasch, the force behind AirportCourtesyCars.com, there were about 30 planes on the Montana backcountry field at any given time.

“There were lots of volunteers finishing ‘The Barn’ and many other projects,” Glenn reports.

According to RAF officials, volunteers sealed the concrete barn floor before the fly-in, but its interior is still under construction, with finish work remaining to be done.

Glenn sent in these photos from the fly-in. Enjoy!

  • The Recreational Aviation Foundaiton liaisons have a great way of identifying their airplanes.
