James Knopke sent in this photo with a note: “Just parked at sundown at Miller Field Airport (KVTN) in Valentine, Nebraska. Found another amphibious on the ramp too. He was from Utah and I’m from Alaska making my way to Florida.”
James sent another note a few days later: “Made it to Florida after 11 days, 49 hours on the tach.”
