Jackson Jet, based in Boise, Idaho, has acquired Swift Aviation, an FBO at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (KPHX) in Arizona.
Jackson Jet will begin operations at its new facility Jan. 26, 2022. The company already operates a FBO, charter, and maintenance operation in Boise, maintenance operations in Sun Valley, and has aircraft based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Company officials noted they plan to “update and make several investments” to the Phoenix FBO.
