The annual work party to open Ranger Creek Airport (21W) in Greenwater, Washington, will be held May 7, 2022.
The Ranger Creek Work Party and Chili feed has become an annual tradition for pilots to gather and get the airstrip open for summer flying.
Work starts at 10 a.m., with the chili feed starting at noon.
“Fly or drive in to help us or just come out to enjoy some Ranger Creek chili and the beautiful area in the foothills of Mt Rainier,” say officials with the Green River chapter of the Washington Pilots Association (WPA).
