Ryan field?? All Ryan [air]Fields, that I’m aware-of, were AAF training bases, built prior-to and during, WWII. This does NOT look like an AAF Ryan Field training airfield. I wonder where the name came from.
Ryan Field is named for Ben and Butchie Ryan, the couple who built this beautiful grass airport. https://theraf.org/a-life-ends-a-gift-lives-on/
