New watch supports Wings of Hope

By General Aviation News Staff · August 5, 2022 · Leave a Comment

Just introduced is the Oris Wings of Hope Limited Edition pilot watch.

Released in two models, the watches celebrate Wings of Hope, a U.S.-based aeronautical humanitarian organization founded 60 years ago. Twice nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize, Wings of Hope “uses the power of aviation to bring medical support to remote and vulnerable communities in more than 50 countries,” Oris officials noted. In 2021, more than 65,000 people used the organization’s programs and services.

The Oris Wings of Hope watches are based on the Swiss company’s Big Crown pilot’s watch.

The Wings of Hope Limited Edition in Stainless Steel is limited to 1,000 pieces and priced at $3,700 USD. They will be available in October 2022. The Wings of Hope Gold Limited Edition is limited to 100 pieces and priced at $17,000 USD. It is available now.
