This lake appears to be in the high Sierras. If this is late Summer, the water is drawn for irrigation and urban needs, and, it appears to be only about 10-15 ft low, which is minor, vs the 200+ ft low that Oroville and Shasta are now.
Which reminds me of the song ‘ it never rains in California…’
I live in the Sierra Foothills and our ground water is ok….for now.
Ahhh the peace and quiet of a mountain lake and blue skies.
Sadly, the white-rocky-shoreline-band in the background, clearly indicates the lake-level is draught-low.
