TULSA, Oklahoma — Quality Aircraft Accessories (QAA), a company that is part of Hartzell Aviation, has reopened its general aviation MRO and parts distribution facility, after doubling the Tulsa operations footprint.
At a recent ceremony in Tulsa, Hartzell Engine Tech and QAA executives cut a ribbon to officially commemorate the expansion, which has taken more than a year to complete. The footprint of the facility has grown from 12,500 square feet to 25,500 square feet, according to Hartzell officials.
A primary goal of the expansion was to “further shorten turn-times and increase throughput for repairs and overhauls while continuing to refine the quality of products,” company officials said.

Quality Aircraft Accessories is an FAA-approved repair station for general aviation parts and components.
The company is able to overhaul most piston engine and airframe accessories and meet requirements for new, overhauled, exchanged, repaired, remanufactured, and accessories. QAA also is the only factory-direct distribution channel for the entire family of Hartzell Engine Tech products and brands.
Hartzell Engine Tech, which is based in Montgomery, Alabama, provides engine accessories and heating solutions for the general aviation industry, with brands such as Janitrol Aero, Fuelcraft, Plane-Power, Sky-Tec, and AeroForce Turbocharger Systems.
