ASA introduces Push-to-Talk Switch

By General Aviation News Staff · November 29, 2022 ·

Aviation Supplies & Academics (ASA) has introduced its Push-to-Talk Switch (PTT-2), a portable, low-profile solution for communications in the cockpit.

The switch can be used in place of fumbling with a hand-held mic for all pilot communications, according to ASA officials, who note it is compatible with most aircraft radios and intercoms.

Priced at $64.95, the switch includes a heavy-duty coiled cord, standard jack adapter, and a hook-and-loop strap that fits all yoke sizes, company officials said.
