Sheltair acquires KDTO FBO

DENTON, Texas — Sheltair Aviation has acquired US Jet Center at Denton Enterprise Airport (KDTO).

This is Sheltair’s first FBO in Texas, according to company officials.

Sheltair will retain the US Jet Center employees and management team, including General Manager Jay Robinson, Customer Service Manager Christy Williams, and Line Service Manager Ruben Odumes, company officials added.

The Sheltair acquisition of US Jet Center includes the FBO terminal, 12 corporate hangars, and 42 T-Hangars.

Founded in 1963 by Jerry Holland, father of current President Lisa Holland, Sheltair operates 15 FBOs and manages a portfolio of more than 4 million square feet of aviation-related properties.
