NOTAM has fixed wing flying counterclockwise at 1,000 feet and rotary at 500 feet and clockwise. Note the several colors in the fields under the cowl. Flying my homebuilt Zenith CH-650.”

I’m pretty sure there has never been a NOTAM specifying how to orbit the tulip fields.
