AeroBrigham expands at KLUD

By General Aviation News Staff · February 16, 2023 ·

AeroBrigham, a fixed- and rotary-wing maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) provider, is expanding its facilities at Decatur Municipal Airport (KLUD), in response “to a significant increase in demand,” according to officials with the North Texas-based company.

The new hangar will be used exclusively to support helicopters while the current facility will be dedicated to fixed wing MRO, support, and completions, company officials explained.

In addition to 45,000 square feet of additional floor space, AeroBrigham will also offer a “down draft” type aircraft paint facility capable of handling transport category helicopters. Specialized aircraft painting technicians will operate the paint facility, company officials added.
