    Nice. Looks like a reservoir that is 25 to 30 feet below max fill based on the bathtub ring and drift wood.

      All of the water storage reservoirs/ lakes have controlled releases of water through the summer months. This keeps a minimal flow in the streams and delivers water to cities and ranches in central CA.
      Check the status of Oroville and Shasta. Both are 100’s of feet below their capacity.
