Registration is now open for a variety of educational, inspirational, and fun half-day Summer Camps exploring everything aviation and space for grades K-12 at the San Diego Air & Space Museum.
Summer camps include:
- Astro”tot”s is for rising kindergarten students who want to learn about the solar system
- Astronauts in Training and Junior Artists and Astronomers are for rising 1st and 2nd graders to explore the universe and see if they can be an astronaut
- Superheroes of Engineering, Moonbase, and Need for Speed are for rising 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders
- G.I.R.L.S. in Engineering introduces middle school students grades 5-8 to sewing, soldering, robotics, and more
- Aviation Simulation is for middle and high school students (6th through 12th grade) to learn what it takes to be a pilot with a ground school and computer simulation experience.
The museum also has a High School Volunteer Intern Program for 9th-12th students.
