Burt Spencer submitted this photo and note: “Zoe had an awesome time flying on her Young Eagles flight in my 1969 Cessna Cardinal 177A over Northern Illinois. I went on my Young Eagles flight in 1993. I got my certificate 10 years ago and have flown more than 400 kids in the Young Eagles program.”
