FBO opens new hangar at KPTK

By General Aviation News Staff · May 7, 2024 ·

Maven by Midfield FBO has opened its new hangar at Oakland County Airport (KPTK) in Waterford, Michigan.

The new hangar boasts 28,500 square feet of floor space, providing room for aircraft storage, maintenance, and operations, according to FBO officials.

The hangar also includes six offices, designed to accommodate aviation professionals, business executives, and support staff.

The new development complements Maven’s existing four hangars, which collectively offer a combined 141,000 square feet of hangar space.

The new hangar follows on the heels of a $400,000 renovation to Hangar 1 in 2022, FBO officials noted.
