TULSA, Oklahoma — US Aviation, an FBO at Tulsa International Airport (KTUL), is expanding with the construction of a new hangar.
This expansion will double the company’s space at the airport, according to officials, who note US Aviation has been at KTUL since 1987. It is one of three FBOs on the field.
The new hangar, set to be completed in June 2025, spans 51,972 square feet. The total investment in the project is nearly $6.8 million.
“We are thrilled to start this much needed expansion project,” said Roger Hardesty, owner and CEO of US Aviation. “Over the past few years, we’ve seen a significant rise in demand for our services.”
“US Aviation’s decision to build a new hangar and invest in their business at our airport is a testament to their success and the vital role they play in our community,” said Alexis Higgins, CEO of Tulsa International Airport. “Roger Hardesty and the rest of the team at US Aviation have always been great tenants and partners of ours and we’re happy to see them expanding.”
