Aviation radio simulator updated

By General Aviation News Staff · June 14, 2024 ·

PlaneEnglish has released an update to its Aviation Radio Simulator (ARSim), which includes progress and proficiency tracking and AI Integration.

Q&AI

The standout feature of the update is ARSim’s new Q&AI, a generative AI tool, according to company officials.

Q&AI can answer any aviation or phraseology question, company officials said, noting it also supports “intelligent searches” tailored to specific aviation authorities, including:

  • FAA
  • EASA
  • CAA UK
  • CASA AU
  • NAV Canada

Progress and Proficiency Tracking

ARSim now offers progress and proficiency tracking for all lessons and individual units. Pilots and students can monitor their overall advancement and identify areas for improvement.

“This feature is designed to provide users with a clear understanding of their training progress, ensuring a more structured and effective learning experience,” company officials explained. “In addition, it’s now possible for users to create their own training plan, monitor their achievements, and hold themselves accountable.

The updated ARSim Aviation Radio Simulator is now available for download on the AppStore and Google Play Store and on the web.
