A Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) has been approved for the Yukon Propeller by Wipaire and Hartzell Propeller.
Features include:
- Four blade, carbon composite construction and nickel leading edge
- Applies to both the wheeled and floated Cessna Caravan C208 and C208B with the PT6A-114A 675 shp engine or PT6A-140 867 shp engine
- Up to 26% reduction in total takeoff distance from land and up to 31% reduction in takeoff distance from water
- Weighing just 137 pounds, the Yukon is up to 19 pounds lighter than other available props
- Optional pitch locks
- No change in stall speeds
- TKS or electric de-ice available
